Treatment Details
Autologous fat transfer is ideal for restoring volume and gently filling in wrinkles. In this procedure, fat is harvested from a suitable area of the body, purified, and then injected into the desired areas of the face. The procedure takes about two hours and is performed under twilight sedation or general anesthesia. Initial results are visible after a few days, and the final result develops over several weeks.
After the procedure, mild swelling or bruising may occur, but these subside quickly. The skin feels firmer and more elastic without making the face look unnatural.
We apply the same principle to the body as well: in breast augmentation using the patient’s own fat, the body’s own fat tissue is used to increase breast volume.
