Initial Situation

Due to intense UV exposure, the skin looked sallow, was prone to severe wrinkling, and noticeably lost its natural elasticity.
Sagging Midface & Upper Eyelids
The sagging in the midface and on the upper eyelids gave the entire facial expression a tired, haggard appearance.
A very pronounced nasolabial fold
The deep lines between the sides of the nose and the corners of the mouth gave the face a stern, almost sad expression. Due to the loss of volume, the lower part of the face appeared sagging and had lost its freshness.

Goal of Treatment
Comprehensive contouring and tightening:
The combined facelift and neck lift, along with the comprehensive blepharoplasty, firmed up the facial contours and permanently rejuvenated the eye area, creating an alert, open look.
Natural volume and definition:
Using lipofilling and hyaluronic acid, lost volume in the face and hands was harmoniously restored, while targeted corrections to the lips and eyebrows reestablished aesthetic balance.
Deep-acting skin regeneration:
The use of CO2 lasers, botulinum toxin, and postoperative PLLA therapy was aimed at achieving the greatest possible improvement in skin texture and stimulating the body’s own collagen production over the long term.
